Returns Policy

All sales are final at the time of checkout. Due to hygiene and protection, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please ensure what you are ordering is right for you.

Quality control is conducted prior to the order being dispatched, and exchange or refund will only be issued if the items purchased are of fault and are considered defective. For faults or defects, please contact us via our email little.gifts.by.j@hotmail.com with your order number, images of the faulty item, and the reason for return.
